Custom E-Liquid

Social-Lites is committed to delivering a quality customer experience. However if you decide to customise your own liquid we can not be responsible on how it turns out. We will try our best to make a flavour that is suitable to your needs and requests, but sometimes certain mixtures just won't mix as expected. Please use caution when creating your own flavours as no refunds and guarantees can be provided as each batch is totally unique to your requests. If you do have a problem with your custom creation please let us know and we will see what can be done!

Payment

All prices on the E-Liquid Site are in USD. However you can change the currency to AUD or GBP on top of the page, the exchange rates are updated daily. Payment Methods are PayPal, Credit Card via PayPal checkout and Bank Deposit.

Shipping & Delivery

Free Worldwide Express shipping is offered for orders over $200 USD. We offer 3 shipping methods; DHL, FedEx and EMS. To calculate shipping costs please add your products to the cart, on the cart page use the estimate shipping and tax section. All orders are sent directly from our manufacturers.

New orders are typically packed within 1-2 business days and delivered within the time frame specified by the selected service. These time frames are merely a guide and we offer no guarantee unless otherwise posted. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with an order tracking number (if available) and information on how to track your package. Any customs/duty/importation costs are at the buyers expense.

Order Status

Once you complete your order a confirmation will be sent to your email. Once your order has been packed your will receive an update email which will include your tracking number (if available). In your Social-Lites account you can check your order status anytime by simply clicking on the "My Account" link in the navigation bar at the top of every page. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
